Hello @SIYI .
We’re testing your camera, and found as issue with flipping during flight.
Gimbal is turned down with 90 degree, and fixed in static mode. During flight, camera sometimes flips video stream. Is it known issue? Can you tell how to workaround it?
Please check
- FW cam
- FW gimbal
- FW zoom
We also got this problem, and I don’t know how to understand the situation.
FW cam ver: 0.2.5
FW gimbal ver: 0.2.1
FM zoom ver: 0.1.8
It seems to be latest
@SIYI
Any workaround for auto rotate? how to disable it?
@Ihor_Y Yes, you are absolutely right about this bug. Today we tested another feature in our drone and it happened with ZR10.
Environment for Testing.
-4 degrees by Celsius.
No Wind
No Snow/No Rain
The result from 25 = Take Off / Up 50 meters / Land
And 10 times we got a bug with the camera - Flip image and after 1-2 seconds UnFlip.
@rmackay9 there is 1 more bug in MAV_CMD_DO_GIMBAL_MANAGER_PITCHYAW function implementation.
Flags (0=Yaw is body-frame/follow, 16=Yaw is earth-frame/lock) - this FLAG is not correctly handled. Actually it is treated as Yaw angle.
Could you pls check it?
Hi @Ihor_Y,
Thanks for looking into this. I’ve created a new discussion over here because this is quite a detailed developer type question I think.
Thanks for your attention.
We will release a firmware update to fix this bug
Are the signs on the radio done by laser etching?
@SIYI
Thanks for your attention!
When can we expect new Firmware release?
If possible, we’d have better to deal with new Firmware asap.
This bug is critical, so we’ll be highly appreciated to get it fixed.
Thanks and Regards for your product
Yes. We have company partner who’s doing it
Hi! The siyi assistan i can’t change parameters of ip sections, decoding stream, i push to save, restart camera, and configuration not save. Ip and decoding stay before the restart
Is it v1.3.2 PC Assistant?
What camera firmware is the ZR10?
One of the sensors does not work correctly at temperatures below zero Celsius. @SIYI Frank, tell me, is a Gyroscope or Accelerometer installed in your cameras? The fact is that in the gyroscope, there is a tiny quartz resonator and a processor. When the quartz cools down, it changes its characteristics, and accordingly, the entire sensor does not work correctly. I think that your engineers should reconsider this block in the architecture.
@SkyFox
Yes i am using 1.3.2 Siyi Assis , and all lastest firmware from your site (0.2.5)
Hi Levhenii
We are also working on this issue. Looking forward to a new firmware update very soon.
We are trying to repeat the issue on our side. Will update as soon as there is progress.
