Pixhawk2.1 Lost all parameters

My pixhawk2.1 lost all parameters, seems like be set to default, but it didnt set it to defualt,i dont know why, someone helps me ?

Yeah, all parameters reset to default, and i didn’t know how it happened? :cry:
