Hi Dave…CCW Red nut is RH thread ( rotate clockwise to tighten the nut) and the Black nut is LH thread( rotate counterclockwise to tighten the nut) . I notice that only the black nut propellers seem to come off. I have mounted reverse propeller ( R) on the black nut motors (CW) . Still havent managed to get the drone up :(( not sure where I am going wrong.
I have uploaded a video in slow motion that shows the nut coming off the propeller .
Replace those nuts with nylock nuts.

What are the vibrations like? I see from the photos you have the top plate mounted on stand-offs above the arms and it looks like only 2 top fixings per arm.For max rigidity the original design has 4 top fixings per arm, directly on to the arm. I think your set up might exaggerate any vibrations present, helping to loosen nuts.
