How To Connect Pixhawk 4 Dshot ESC

All motors are working.

I don’t have radio control now. I have connectivity but no control.

I have no input from the radio on the Servo Input page. They are set for motor 1 - 4 but the radio isn’t giving the right output to control those channels.

The Radio input is seen on the Radio Calibration Screen. I’m not aware of a Servo Input page. If you mean the Servo Output Screen it has to be armed to to get outputs.

And BTW-No matter what ESC you have from the latest bleeding edge BLHeli_32 to the cheapest old no name junk they will all run PWM protocol.

My radio is calibrated. Do I need to set the AETR to channels 9-12?
Why would it stop working with a motor test after not changing anything?

Ah, that makes no sense at all. You are confusing inputs with outputs.

I’d guess brd_pwm_count is still default? Try 11-14.

As far as I know the radio is set up right, but the FC won’t respond to it. I’m grasping at straws. and the motors not spinning after not doing anything to anything is really confusing me

it’s set to 4, I’ll change it to 11-14

In the Radio Calibration screen do the green bars move when you move the Transmitter sticks?

yes they move when I move sticks. and it didn’t like 11-14

Set it back to 4, the 1st 4 Aux channels is all you are using.

And what do you mean it won’t respond?. When you do what?

the radio won’t make the motors spin when I apply throttle. the motors won’t spin during a motor test now. They did once but now, nothing. I didn’t change a thing.

Is it armed?

yes I get music when I press the arm switch

I get a sad tone when I try to arm them with the throttle stick down and right

That doesn’t necessarily means it’s armed. Does it say it’s armed in the HUD?

Do the motors run when using Mission Planners Motor test?

It says Disarmed. I should have checked that, sorry. Compass not calibrated

Right. Go to the messages tab under the HUD and see what messages presented preventing arming

It’s new software to me, still getting used to it.
