Do the other motors work? or do they all have that problem? How high is the processor load?
All motors do the same thing unfortunately.
The processor load is 31.9% as I see in the mission planner.
I uploaded the files from your zip and I did the motor test from mission planner, but nothing has changed.

As you see in the video, I have configured the esc’s to have the same values in their parameters. The only that I haven’t changed is the motor direction, because I wanted to see their default direction snd then change it.
Try changing these parameters in 14_Logging.param:
INS_LOG_BAT_MASK,1 # Only first IMU on F4 Processor
INS_LOG_BAT_OPT,0 # Only pre-filter on F4 processor
INS_RAW_LOG_OPT,0 # No raw logging on F4 processor
Upload parameters, then reboot and test the motors.

INS_LOG_BAT_OPT is not editable for me.
What can I do?
I tried also to upload only the two parameters that I could change and I got an error:
Also now it shows me all the parameters from 14, but also from before and after as Not Available(N/A).
What is happening???
The USB cable disconnected itself.
Add INS_LOG_BAT_OPT to file 15_*.param using the Add button. There it will be editable.
I closed AMC, disconnected the USB cable and I reconnected it.
I opened AMC and chose the last opened file and it still shows N/A. When I try to upload a parameter, it gives me the following error message(as shown in the image).
It is the same if I try to go on the other parameter files. What even happened?

I charge my phone perfectly and I can connected to the laptop also fine.
Update: I changed the USB cable and I get the same error.
Update 2: I closed AMC and I opened “NeoArxeioIXNK” directory to see if it is only in the new version NeoArxeioIXNKvol2, but nothing. I get the same errors.
Update 3: I went on Mission Planner to see if anything is working, and when I pressed CONNECT, it was a bit slower to do so, because it said “got param …”.
Reboot your computer and your FC
I did reboot my laptop and disconnected the fc and nothing has changed as you see in the vid.
What is happening right now?
For real, I didn’t do anything more, I just the “Failed to upload the following parameters to the fc” and then this.
The software does not find the flight controller, hence the “Not available” on all the parameters.
If the USB cable is functional, then it might be that the USB connector of the FC has issues.
What I find strange is that you did not show this window on your video:
Did you see it?
Or did you see this instead?
That means the USB connection is working fine.
I never had this issue. Can you please execute ardupilot_methodic_configurator on a cmd prompt and copy the output here?

Do I need to connect my flight controller and then execute the command?
