I finished the configuration of the “Mandatory Hardware” parameters in the Mission Planner as the doc for the AMC was saying.
Now I went on the steps that are shown in the image bellow, but I have a question.
In the 6.11 sector of the document, it says that I need to upload the .bin file I got in the previous section.
The problem is that I haven’t gotten any .bin file and so I can’t upload it in the Ardupilot Hardware Report site.
What can I do?
I have a problem. As you can see in the screenshot, my logs have wrong date and time. I saw that the date and time are determined by the gps, but how can I improve it, since I’m inside the house?
I changed the BRD_RTC_TZ_MIN to match my time zone, but no difference.
I also see in the mission planner that my drone is showing it in a completely wrong country.
It just means the GPS hasn’t been able to supply enough data the satisfy the EKF on the home position. If you’re inside there may not be anything you can do about it. It’s a physical limitation of GPS. Go outside and try there.
I brought the drone outside and the GPS is working fine and I was able to get a correct .bin file.
I have a question. When I uploaded the .bin file in the Ardupilot hardware report, I got the same pictures as the ones in the AMC doc, with the two differences the Accel temperature calibration and the Gyro temperature calibration.
I did setup all the mandatory parameters in the mission planner as the AMC doc was suggesting.
Now that I have the 1.0.15 version of AMC, I continue to configure the 14_Logging.param and leave them:
Accel temperature calibration:
Gyro temperature calibration:
as it is because they are optional?
I did all the steps from 1 through 3, but when I click to open the file and it opens the components pop-up, I don’t see the components from the previous file(that I copied).
Im in the next step, in which I try to test the motors, but as you in the video they don’t spin correctly. In the video im in the motor test tab in mission planner and I press the button with 15% throttle to test motor A.
Before I did all the configuration with AMC they spinned fine, what do you think is the reason that now they don’t?
