Do GPS_AUTO_CONFIG and GPS_GNSS_MODE work with Ublox F9P GNSS Rx?

I’m having trouble to get a UBlox F9P to work with the constellations I need, and am wondering whether this works with the F9P chipset?

I have successfully done this configuration with M8N based GNSS receivers in the past.

I’m afraid the GPS_GNSS_MODE doesn’t work yet with F9P. The auto-config does work for rate, but doesn’t change constellations

Thanks Tridge, that’s really useful to know so I don’t waste time on that!

What things does auto-config configure? I can set the rest of the stuff up in U-centre. Is there a guide anywhere as to what Arduplane needs in terms of GPS set-up? I haven’t managed to find it.

Hi @tridge @Daveemtb , I know this is a very old post , but I would like to know if this problem has since been solved .
Currently with f9p firmware 1.32 and ardupilot firmware 4.4.2 , the auto-configuration does not work for me , especially for GNSS_MODE and SBAS_MODE parameters , in fact parameters like RATE and MIN_ELEVATION have effect on f9p configuration . Thanks to all
