We’re delighted to announce that the first beta release for the 4.3.0 version of Copter, Plane and Rover are now available!
If using Mission Planner you can install the beta version using the “Beta firmwares” link on the Install Firmware screen (as shown above). Alternatively QGC has a similar “Beta” button or the firmwares can be directly downloaded from firmware.ardupilot.org.
This is the first beta of a major release so while we think it is safe (numerous developers have already flown it), please be ready to re-take control in manual modes in case anything odd happens.
