not every time but the radio goes in emergency mode when starting i would say its around loading the lua script into memory on the X12S
mhmm, that must be an X10/X12 specifig issue, no reports about the X20
It’s when powering on the radio and it either works or fails, need a way to reproduce it
On the X20 I left it running for hours…
more likely accessing the SD…mhmm
Installed on X18S

Hi Reinhard, which Ethos version are you runnig?
Simply enter/exit widget conf is enough to trigger emergency mode?
Hi Alex,
Ethos 1.3.3
Yes, simply enter/exit widget conf. Both with touch on screen.
super damn, thanks
Is only a trial version …
I already fixed it
Are you re-uploading or where can I find the fix?
Here we go version Ethos 1.0.0c-dev

Alex, where can I actually find the gmapresizetool.exe?
Good catch, I never uploaded it to the other repo
I can no longer reproduce the Emergency Mode with the 1.0.0c-dev.
Map display: do you have to have a GPS fix for this? In the settings you can not specify a coordinate at which the map is centered without a fix? Would be quite good for testing purposes I guess.
By the way, gmapresizetool.exe specifies \YAAPU\MAPS in the resize folder. The correct one would be \yaaputelemetry\maps?
this is good news, thanks!
yes you need a gps fix, good idea for testing but would be low on my priority list
yes indeed, when I wrote this tool Ethos probably did not even exist
Ethos 1.0.0c-dev on X12S
works fine no reboots just the message screen does not load
yep, known issue, message screen not working yet on X10/X12
I am running a 13s battery in my rover but the script on my x9d only goes up to 12s.
uhuu never seen a 13s
what’s the full charge voltage?
