which parameter has to change for the YAW rotation, if the copter does not stop immediately when yawing, but continues to rotate a little? I want it to stop as soon as I put the YAW stick in the middle
And which parameter should you change if you want to make the yaw rate slower or faster?

I believe the parameter you are looking to change is ATC_ACCEL_Y_MAX. Set this higher to raise the limit on acceleration and it should make the yaw respond better. I would recommend raising it 50% at a time - just to make sure you don’t set it to high. The same parameter can be founding on the Extended Tuning page - as shown in my picture:
