Xbee Doesn’t Work On Pixhawk(No Heartbeat Packets Received)

I was trying to connect Pixhawk with the XBee module. I do all config in Xbee correctly, and two Xbee modules (Router and coordinator) can communicate %100 on XCTU. But when I tried to connect with ArduPilot they couldn’t communicate and I saw this message “No Heartbeat Packets Received”.

I can connect perfectly between the USB cable and Pixhawk but when I try to connect Pixhawk with the Xbee module it doesn’t work.
I tried to change RX and TX cables and disconnected GPS before connecting to ArduPilot.But not works

Hi did you figure out what the issue was and what’s the potential solution for it?
