Hello, I am using pixhawk harwadare and apmstack. I have parameters for Wind speed in North and East as NKF1_VWN, NKF1_VWE respectively. But, the values are not populated for these parameters. What might be the issue? Is there any other way to measure wind speed in multi-rotor uav. I fly hexacopter @110m altitude with wind speed of 4m/s (hand-held anemometer @45m). Please suggest
on a given UAV, as long it’s close to symmetric, you can easily translate average pitch/roll while hovering to airspeed.
Is there any formula for that. It would be useful. Please share.
