Will a receiver failsafe override a copter returning to launch

Hi,

If my copter is in rtl mode and returning, and if I were to shutoff my transmitter triggering a failsafe would the copter land if I set it to land? Does the failsafe action override any flight modes such as rtl?

If failsafe is set to land then it will land. FS mode have priority, except if it set to continue mission in AUTO.
