Why does companion computer interfer with RC receiver?

My rc joystick channel 1 to 4 works in stabilize mode. But when in alt hold and pos hold it just always remain in center position.

Strangely the night when I use indoor without gps, it works with the althold?

What have I done wrong?

I guess I found the reasons. In case anyone wants to know.

I realised when I turn on my companion computer running scripts with mavlink connected to the flight controller. The RC transmitter will react weirdly.

I just turn it off and everything works fine.
