Where to run the mavlink command

Hi,
Where i can run “long MAV_CMD_FLASH_BOOTLOADER 0 0 0 0 290876” to run the custom bootloader on the CubeOrange. Please guide me on this.

You can run it on MAVProxy.

Thanks for reply, will it use the COM11 :Cube Orange MAVLINK (COM11) or
COM13 : Cube Orange Bootloader (COM13) to communicate with borad?

I using Mission Planner App, In this App i am not able to connect with board using Cube Orange MAVLINK it giving error like this “No Mavlink Heartbeat Packets where read from this port - Verify Baud Rate and setup
Mission Planner waits for 2 valid heartbeat packets before connecting
at MissionPlanner.MAVLinkInterface.OpenBg(IProgressReporterDialogue PRsender, Boolean getparams) in D:\a\MissionPlanner\MissionPlanner\ExtLibs\ArduPilot\Mavlink\MAVLinkInterface.cs:line 721”.
Can you please guide me on this.
