I built a DJI Flamewheel F-450 drone, and am having a problem with constant crashes. It will take off and fly around OK if I am very smooth and careful, but as soon as I start to give it some quick commands, fly fast, or the air gets turbulent, the drone will lose control, oscillate and crash. I have plenty of power in reserve as this drone hovers and flys at around 33 % power. I have 2 of these so I know it is not a hardware issue, both of them behave exactly the same. I have autotuned them, played around with the PID’s, which helps a bit, but nothing will make them fly reliably. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this ??? Here is what I am using:
