Using Multiple Ardupilot for Stabilisation

I am currently using an Orange Cube+ in a CubePilot housing for a remote camera. Steering controls left and right and throttle is mapped to elevation. I would like to vehicle mount it and have some elevation stabilistation while moving. I have used the basic camera gimbal stabilisation but I have 2 issues with it, it only stabilises to ground and my Orange Cube is not mounted on the elevation axis. I am considering if I could mount a second Cube+ on my elevation pivot point and use is as an external stabiliser input for main Cube Orange. Would I be able to feed this information from Cube 2 into Cube 1 to stabilise it?
