Using Mission Planner for creating Point Cloud Terrain Topography

i am planning to use the Pixhawk 2.4.8 and Mission Planner for creating a terrain map using point cloud and Opendronemap.

will be using a quadcopter.

request for help in how to design the approach and which camera to use with GPS tagging facility.
