Unable to fly Hexacopter with full throttle

I am using pixhawk for hexacopter with AC 4.0.3 firmware. I have applied full throttle from RC and motors are running at full speed but its not able to fly. Here is the log files.2020-09-09 16-31-16.bin (991.0 KB)

The log shows you were at less then 1/2 throttle on that takeoff attempt.

I tried full throttle even at 1/2 its unable to takeoff

What is your setup made of (motors, esc, props, battery, total weight)?
