Trying to setup Separate Steering and Throttle mode with UAVCAN ESC (VESC) and Cube 2.0 black. Does Rover work with UAVCAN ESC? How can I make Throttle to send uavcan.equipment.esc.RawCommand() ?

Also, when I enable ESC in CAN ESC mask, I can see esc.RawComand with value of 4095 is being constantry send to all enabled ESC, regardless of position of throttle stick. What am I missing here?
