Twin motor - each motor producing different thrust levels

Greetings

I am currently in the process of building a twin motor. Upon bench testing of the motors and propellers, it became apparent that each motor/propeller combination was producing different thrust for the same throttle level.

Is this unfavourable? Or can the Arduplane code handle it? If it can handle such a situation, what mechanism does it use mitigate the yaw produced? Will it counter with rudder or adjust the throttle until no differential thrust is detected?

Many thanks for the insight

Dear Zoot,

Please make sure that both engines produce the same amount of trust. Don’t relay on electronic to compensate.
Best method of testing is hanging the plane on a single wire in the CoG and see how it behaves.
