Your gyro noise looks pretty good to me. I guess you could try.

Those ATC filters are not gyro filters, they are PID output filters. The INS_GYRO_FILTER and notch filter what goes into the state estimator. I would not set the gyro filter as high as 30hz on your quad size. You can window output noise with less delay with the THR_SLEWRATE.

How much would you reduce THR_SLEWRATE? 10%?

I think it is disabled by default. The values should be based on how fast the motors can accelerate. Do you have esc telemetry setup?

That parameters doesn’t exist in Copter. Plane.
There are the MOT_SLEW_DN/UP_TIME parameters in Copter but it’s probably not wise to mess with that.
