Time sync of ardupilot and mavros

Hi,
I followed this and this tutorial for time sync of mavros and ardupilot

but still, I am getting a huge time offset in mavors /diagnostics topic

What is your physical connection to the Autopilot? (serial, Ethernet, USB, etc)
What messages and rates are you sending/receiving?

Hi, I am connected to ardupilot via telem 1 port and I am streaming mavros data at 10hz @mcelhennyi

What baud rate on the telem 1? What is mavros data? I dont use mavros.
