Throw Mode Traditional Helicopter Setup

I am having an issue when trying to activate the throw mode using a Traditional Helicopter setup. I followed the steps indicated in the official Ardupilot website regarding this flight mode. When I try to switch to this mode before the vehicle is armed, a message appears indicating “Mode change to THROW failed: init failed”. I have armed the vehicle and tried switching it to this mode but it also doesn’t let me switch into this flight mode, this time it indicates “Mode change to THROW failed: requires position”. I have tried using different EKF’s, recalibrating all sensors, and have also ensured and had more than 10 satellites working with my GPS 3D Fixed. Is there anything more I can try to run this mode in my setup?

I also tried running it in the Simulation SITL to ensure calibration is not affecting the setup but it still behaves like the current setup explained above.

Well, throw mode requires position information, it won’t work without good position estimate.
