The automatic take-off of auto mode will tilt. What should we do?

I found when I turn to automode ,the target alt get very slow, in this part, UAV has POSCONTROL. while gps drift , UAV get roll or pitch angle to get the drift position ,but the UAV is on the ground, this make UAV has a big tilt. how to reduce the position control, in this situation.
