Tested MFD Crosswind VTOL Crush

Hello Team,

I am Newbie to VTOL UAV.
I had a crash VTOL UAV, Please help me to find out the cause.

We followed below events

  1. Quad Take-off Successful (Auto Mission)
  2. Quad to Fixed wing Transition Successful
  3. After crossing the first Way Point, We Triggered the RTL.
  4. It reached to back home point, Continuously making circles and we noticed an RC failsafe message on Mission Planner and the plane start losing Altitude and Crash occurred.

Looks to me like you lost servo power. Just prior to the crash roll and pitch rates cease to follow aileron and elevator commands.

Yes, Resolved.
We Noticed a power failure in the Servos.
