Telemetry red when connected to Pixhawk, green when connected to USB

This happened after I calibrated my compass, connected via telemetry and rebooted my vehicle.

If I power up the PIxhawk, either via the battery or the USB I have a red light on my Tx Telemetry and my Rx Telemetry doesn’t connect.

If I connect it via USB however, it works and I can load the settings on Mission Planner.

Why does this happen?

Ok, this is really weird, but I plugged the battery in and out really fast and it actually worked!

So I can’t just plug in the battery like normal I have to plug it in and out and in again really fast for the telemetry to work. Why do I have to do this?
