Telemetry com port dose not appear in mission planner port tab but can be seen in windows device manger

Greetings

I recently purchased RDF900 915Mhz modem to use on a fixed wing plane.
I am using windows 10 and mission planner 4.5.0.
After installing the driver on my pc, windows was able to identify the modem as ( COM 3 ) however when I open mission planner I cannot select the com 3 from the drop down list because it’s not there.

So the issue here is windows can see the telemetry modem as com 3 but mission planner won’t detect it at all.

Note: I have used another holybro telemetry on the same pc that worked perfectly fine. I want to use the RDF900 915Mhz modem to increase the range.
