Tattu CAN/SMBUS batteries are supported?

You have to order the battery with DroneCAN. The firmware from the non DroneCAN BMMS cannot be updated to the DroneCAN BMS

Hi Craig, I will replace the batteries with those ones who have DroneCAN implemented. Thanks for your support

CAN Bus supported but have only one speed - 1Mbps.
Who knows to change CAN Bus speed?

1Mbps is standard speed for DroneCAN. IIRC it is set up to facilitate bus speed autodetection so the batteries should work automatically unless they are incapable of supporting high speed modes.

My system work by CAN Bus with speed 125kbps.
And i can’t to connect battery Tatto to this network. Or how can do this, if not change speed my global CAN bus? Maybe have custom firmware for Tatto with another speed?

  1. why use such low bus speed?
  2. The battery should autodetect the bus rate and adjust accordingly.

If it can’t, contact the manufacturer for help.

  1. suppose that I had other device that can communicate only using slowly speed for CAN bus
  2. interesting moment, I don’t know about this
    Thank you @LupusTheCanine

Ouch, some higher end boards have two CAN interfaces so you could delegate slower devices to one network and keep them at that low baud and use the other for faster stuff.
