Tarot 650 PID Tuning

Hi! As it often happens on forums, my first topic will be “I have issue, help me!” topic

My trouble is next. I have Tarot 650 based build. With 320 kv motors and 18 inch props. And I’ve spend more that year already to made it flying “normally”. I cannot set proper PID’s. At some settings it’s flying pretty stable but almost crashing due hard fluctuations even on small wind. And vice versa - with some I and D it’s able to fly during small wind but in no wind conditions and fluctuate heavily. Specially during max throttle fly (throttle avg. may jump between 30 to 50 few times per 2-3 seconds).

Autotune always lead to “can’t level” error. And yes I’ve read whole tuning instruction, and initial params are set correctly.

My request is - can anybody share his PID values for similar build ? Just to have some point of refference.

Provide a .bin log and a bit more information, like which ESCs are you using?

@xfacta Thank you for the responce.
ESC: hobbyking xrotor 40A
Log: Please ignore first 10 minutes of the log. It’s flying with payload. After 10 minutes - “normal” flying. normal fly and payload 3 .BIN - Google Drive
