Switched to dshot600. Need to run autotune again?

Recently flashed Bluejay firmware on the speedybee f405mini and switched from pwm to DShot600. Do I need to re-tune?
This is on a project flywoo explorer.

yes, it does make sense to do.

You will for sure want to change the reference for the Notch filter to ESC telemetry assuming you have that available.

Thanks will run autotune again. I planned to enable the notch filter based on esc telemetry as well. That was the reason for flashing Bluejay.

Set up the notch filter first before running autotune.

problem is speedybee f405mini only has 4mb onboard storage for logging.

8mb isn’t it? Still limited.

Ah yes, I stand corrected. Still with lots of logging enabled for sorting out filtering and vibration, it fills up very fast. I was trying to work through some issues before flashing bluejay and just running it for about 2-3min and landing. I know doing autotune will fill up before it is even completed.

You don’t really have to collect data for the Auto Tune run itself. Do a post Auto Tune flight and review that.

Yes that is what I was doing.
