Statically unstable flying wing

I have been inspired by the Think Flight’s video where he experiments with a statically unstable wing design to gain efficiency. What is the status on the Ardupilot side for flying such an unstable aircraft autonomously? Should it just work out of the box with the FBWA flying mode?

As far as I know there’s nothing new in that regard.

If you mean “follow Kavin’s approach and start with a stable wing configuration, then move the CG back step by step and retune until it is unstable”, then yes, it should just work.
