Spamming "Crash dump incomplete" Error

Arduplane started spamming me with this error and I don’t know how to fix it. Does someone know how to deal with this?

While connected to the FC go to the config tab on the left hand side MAVftp should be listed click that then that should pull up a screen that should have a crash_dump.bin file right click it download it to your pc and post it here if you can. also can you explain a bit more about how this came about to help others understand.

Hi, I have the same problem since today. But: I cannot download the crash_dump.bin, there is an error message. I don’t understand any of this. I can’t delete the file either, don’t rename it, nothing… always the same error message.
I haven’t changed anything since yesterday, nothing has flown, my aircraft (helicopter) has been on the workbench for a week.
