I want to set minimum Throttle to disarm the drone to prevent disarm during flight. Please tell me if there is any parameter or not.
It would be easier and safer to use Arm/Emergency Motor Stop switch and disable throttle arming and disarming.

how is it safer plus it is still disarming in air if i press the emergency stop button. i want not to disarm if it is in the air.
Emergency Motor Stop doesn’t disarm immediately, it stops motors as soon as the switch is in disarm position but it gives enough time to go back into middle or up position to recover in case of unintended activation.

If you want security, set one of the switches for arm/disarm and replace a switch on the radio with a locking toggle switch. That way there is no way it can accidentally be switched as you have to physically lift the switch before it will move. I have one for my arming switch on my radio.
