I am developing a Companion Computer software using mavlink_c_libraries.
The computer is connected to the telem2 port of the ardupilot.
I am trying to send a heartbeat from the companion computer and receive it in the ground control station. I would like to know

What system id and component id I should choose to send heartbeats from my companion computer?

Should I automatically get those heartbeat messages in the GCS? Will the autopilot forward them?
