SD Card Bad Logging hardware problem?

Hello everybody , I have recently bought pixhawk v3x from CUAV and installed the last firmware.
I am getting bad logging every time . I already read a lot of post , and i tried many things

  1. Installed the fimware fmuv3 3.6.7 / 3.6.8 /3.6.9 with chibios
  2. Instaled firmware PX4v3 3.6.7/3.6.8/3.6.9 with nuttx
  3. Changed 3 type of SD CARD , with format FAT/FAT32 16/32Gb
  4. I restored parameters to default at every firmware installation

Never happen before a problem like this , i’d like to know if there is a way to test the TF card reader to understand if there is an hardware problem.
I sent a mail to the CUAV customer support ,but i don’t have the proof of an hardware problem.
Can someone have some idea to test the TF reader ?

The last firmware actually installed is:

for me it was always bad sd cards.
get a good one , a fast one.

test your sd cards and send the results.

SandDisk ulta , Samsung EVO are class 10 UHS 1… the last Sony 40Mb/s

… it’s true , an old 2GB sd card and now it’s working.
