RTL to a pre-determined location

Hi,
I understand that RTL returns the drone to where it was armed. Is it possible to change this to a different location? If I’ll send the Mavlink message “SET_HOME_POSITION”, will arming override it? is it possible to set home using this Mavlink message after arming?

You can always use a LAND command instead of RTL. Having flown many one-way missions I tend to use LAND for most missions now anyway.
