Rover won’t go to rally point

The rover does not go to a rally point after breaching fence exclusion area. It always returns to launch. Please see the attached pictures to see how we had set parameters and each layer of mission plan (mission, fence and rally)

Figured out how to get the Rover to the rally point. I had to change the parameter for fence action and it worked. However, how do I get more rally point options for commands during planning?
