I want to setup my Tricopter with the flight direction reversed. (Regular configuration is already stable)
At the moment I am confused about how to set the parameters up, maybe I am overthinking.
The APM is already reversed.
Is it possible to do that? Any help is much appreciated.
its just flipped front to back, motor 4 at the front, 2 on the left and 1 on the right. Motor test order may be incorrect depending on version. Would be worth doing a test in stabilise mode without the props to confirm its responding correctly.
Just wondering if you could set it up as a standard tricopter and fly it backwards by reversing the radio controls.
I did set up an X hexacopter once with day camera gimbal in the “front” and a FLIR gimbal in the “back” with battery in between. Had a Taranis switch that reversed the controls. Flew fine.
