Request for advice on quadcopter design

Hello. i’m trying to build a quadcopter. so i’m asking for advice on motor selection.

This is a drone that will be manufactured for real-time aerial monitoring.

Since the purpose is to manufacture motors with maximum motor efficiency in mind, we are planning to select the MN801S-120KV motor.

The drone specifications are as follows.
FRAME : 1962x1962x520 (mm) , 20kg (Power source included)
MOTOR : MN801S-120KV
PROP : 29inch, pitch9.5
ESC(quad) : FRAME 60A 12S
FC : CUAV X7+
PMU : CUAV CAN PMU
Total Weight : about 23kg

And here is the motor specification table.

Please advise whether it is possible to manufacture a quadcopter under the above conditions.

So what’s exactly your problem? You use the same motors which you used before. What the problem in your previous motors??

We are only trying to increase efficiency to around 2000W.

I quickly put it through eCalc and unfortunately the results do not look promissing.

eCalc
Don’t worry about the flight time, I had to assume a battery and based on your motor spec table and weight eCalc’s biggest 12S seemed right. Important is that the total takeoff weight, ESCs, motors and props match your specifications as close as possible.

Also mind that the current draw (and in extension power and temperature) calculated by eCalc does not match your motor spec table at all, so real world result may vary significantly.
