RC in vs RC out

Hello,
I checked my log file and see that the RC in is lower in 100us then the RC out, is it OK?

RC in has parameters for Min and Max PWM
RC out has parameters for Min and Max PWM
If those differ, then yes it is normal for a RC pass trough to have different values.
