Question about incomplete compass calibration

Greetings, I have a very basic question to ask.

Sometimes, when I have three compasses, calibrating the compasses can be very difficult. Two out of the three compasses are usually calibrated successfully (indicated by a green square on the right side of the progress bar), but one of the compasses (usually the internal compass) keeps repeating the process when it reaches the end of the green bar.

I would like to know if I can consider the calibration to be complete when I see the green square on the progress bar. so, can I disable internal compass(calibrated incompletely) and fly, or, can I calibrate the incomplete compass separately?

Will the values be saved to the compass even if all of the compasses are not calibrated?

Use Magfit to calibrate the compass’s.
