Problems while building a custom board

Hi I am building a custom board.
I am building a custom board based on FMUV4.
I am only modifying the hwdef file.
I have connected my IMU sensors to SPI4.
But the SPI4 is not working. After booting, the MCU seems to work to read the barometer and when I check it with an oscilloscope, the CS pin of the barometer is moving. But the SCK, MOSI, MISO pins on the SPI4 bus are not moving. I used MS5611B as the barometer.
Does anyone know about this problem?
