in the massages tab it says : PreArm: Rangefinder 1: Not Detected
I am getting no readings in mission planner. The sensor is power by external source through a BEC, and the wiring is according to the wiki.
I am using:
Flight controller: pixhawk 2.4.8
range finder: Garmin Lidar lite v3
I wired the I2c Lidar lite v3 using the I2C method following the wiki.
currently it is connected by itself to the I2c Pixhawk port without and I2C splitter.
In the status tab sonarvoltage is 0. dose that means the Lidar is not powered?
I can see a red light blinking inside the Lidar ( from the side I am not directly looking at the laser )
these are the parameters I changed
RNGFND1_TYPE = 15 “LidarLiteV3-I2c”
RNGFND1_Pin -1 ( Disabled )
RNGFND1_MAXCM = 3500
RNGFND1_MIN_CM = 20
BRD_BOOT_DELAY = 3000
