Hard to say without more info. Might need to re-do the compass calibration outside, with GPS position, and away form interference. Best to do it with the battery plugged in if things are giving you trouble. The GPS antenna might be too close to the battery, or power leads, or something causing interference. If you’re inside testing, there might be interference from anything.
