hi everyone , i just started using a apm 2.8 and after intial setup of mandatory hardware im getting an error message saying that pre arm needs 3d fix , i am also using apms internal compass and dont have an external module , can someone guide me on what to do next
Go outside to a place were you get good quality GPS signal, and try again.
Just keep far from electric…radio sourcesyour module… just check the correct pinout and try calibrate your gps outside

im using the apm’s internal compass , i dont have an external gps module
also im set flight modes in stablize
3d fix is correlated to the gps module but if you don’t have it, you need to to uncheck the pre arms checks… you can find this parameter in in the advanced parameters section of MP
