Congratulations to the University of Maryland Medical Center, who last week completed the first ever drone delivery of an organ for immediate transplant! Powered by Ardupilot running on a Pixhawk2/Cube, the drone safely flew 2.6 miles to deliver it’s precious life saving payload.
