"Potential thrust loss" almost every takeoff [solved]

is there any way we can turnoff this failsafe in ardupilot.

That’s like removing the Check Engine Lamp in your car to “fix” the problem and accomplishes nothing. Post a link to a flight log where this was witnessed.

Have you download the mission flight log and look into the motor PWM chart or graph? Likely one or two motors spin at Max ceiling.
