Possible to set desired servo position on failsafe?

If a given SERVOX_FUNCTION for channel X is set to RCINY, is there any way to specify a desired position for that channel if there is a control link failsafe? Is this something that’d need to be done via Lua script?

The specific use case is for a pan-tilt FPV camera. If there is a controller failsafe it would probably make sense to return the camera to point straight ahead in case the VTX signal is still reaching the goggles.
