Poor altitude hold with lidar lite v3 and px4flow

i would appreciate some advice on what may be wrong in my setup.
the rig is pixhawk cube with lidar lite v3 and px4flow on a 500 quad running AC 3.6.7

i observed quite significant alt variations during hover in loiter. position was not holding well either despite of the flow conrol active.

my other rig - same hardware on a 680 tarot hex flies perfect and params are identical.
